Our location is awesome—halfway between Mass Ave and the Canal (east to west); and half way between the library and Circle Center Mall and everything else downtown (north to south)! And across the street from University Park and the War Memorial Building.
Our facility is not only historic, but also full of amenities not found in other condo developments downtown—the basketball gym, the fitness center, the racquetball and squash courts, the virtual golf, available storage space, a conference room, and even a grand piano in the lobby. And we have thousands of square feet of common area.
Our community of residents is exceptional—exceptionally diverse (all ages and many ethnic backgrounds); exceptionally friendly (don’t hesitate to knock on one of our doors if you need to borrow a cup of sugar); and exceptionally committed and educated people who enjoy a challenge, enjoy life, and enjoy the excitement of downtown urban living.
We have eighty-two units ranging in size from 752 sq. ft to 4200 sq. ft. Each unit is custom designed by the homeowner to maximize funtionality, appearance, and quality of living.
Our vision is to remain the premier downtown condo location in Indianapolis. Our Board of Directors and Action Committee structure provide the opportunity for all residents to participate in maintaining and enhancing our facility and life in our “IAC Neighborhood.”
